M-Series Valve Block with Hydraulic Lock

M法兰式增压器连接顺序阀和液压锁，此阀块，低压时候顺序阀不打开，系统流量经过液压锁快速充液，实现快速动作。低压输入流量最大可达100L/MIN。当充液完成后，顺序阀打开，增压器开始动作，速度变慢，压力提高。

此阀块优点是进一步加大了低压充液的速度。缺点是增压之后压力受限于常规液压锁最大耐压等级，最大只能31.5Mpa。

The M Series Flange Mounting booster connects a sequence valve and a hydraulic lock. In this valve block, the sequence valve remains closed at low pressure, allowing system flow to pass through the hydraulic lock for rapid filling, thereby enabling fast operation. The maximum low-pressure input flow rate can reach 100 L/min. Once filling is complete, the sequence valve opens, the booster begins to operate, the speed slows down, and the pressure increases.

The advantage of this valve block is that it further increases the low-pressure filling speed. The disadvantage is that the pressure after boosting is limited by the maximum pressure rating of the standard hydraulic lock, which is capped at 31.5 MPa.
