煤矿井下支护使用锚杆和锚索,锚索安装要用到锚索张拉机具,传统的配置由张拉千斤顶、气动油泵或手动油泵等组成,使用手动油泵的锚索张拉机具,速度极慢,工人劳动强度大,设备故障率高,受人为因素影响等弊端,影响支护质量,气动油泵都存在流量小,效率低的缺点,使用德思宏全自动液压增压阀可快速解决这些问题,利用掘进机、锚杆钻机或其他煤矿设备的液压系统,在不经常使用的履带张紧油缸油路系统或预留回路,引出一条回路供锚索张拉千斤顶用,在锚索张拉千斤顶前面接一个2.5:1的全自动液压增压阀,一般综掘机的额定压力为16MPA,,通过压力比2.5:1增压器,出口压力可达到40Mpa,完全实现了对锚索的全自动化加压。
Anchor bolts and anchor cables are widely used for underground support in coal mines. Anchor cable tensioning tools are required for cable installation. Traditional tools consist of tensioning jacks, pneumatic oil pumps or manual oil pumps.
Manual pump driven tensioning tools feature extremely low operating speed, high labor intensity and high failure rate. Their performance is also susceptible to human factors, which compromises support quality. Pneumatic oil pumps are hampered by low flow rate and poor efficiency.
These problems can be effectively solved by adopting Desihong full-automatic hydraulic booster valves. A dedicated circuit for the anchor cable tensioning jack can be branched off from the hydraulic system of roadheaders, roof bolters or other coal mining equipment, such as the rarely used track tensioning cylinder circuit or reserved hydraulic circuits. Install a 2.5:1 full-automatic hydraulic booster valve upstream of the tensioning jack.
The rated pressure of standard roadheaders is 16 MPa. With the 2.5:1 pressure ratio booster, the outlet pressure can reach 40 MPa, realizing fully automatic pressure application for anchor cables.
