沼气型

气动增压泵分为气液增压泵和气体增压泵。增压泵的原理是利用大面积活塞的低压来产生小面积活塞的高压液压。工业领域用于机床拧紧、蓄能器充气、高压瓶充气、将压力气体转化为高压气体等。任何空气源压力都可能不够高,无论是机械装置还是测试装置。

空气型

空气增压泵的原理是利用大面积活塞的低压产生小面积活塞的高压。空气增压泵采用原空气增压系统来增加工作环境的压力,可将系统工作时的空气压力提高到2-5倍,只需将系统工作时的压缩空气作为气源。该泵适用于单气源增压。无需电源(可用于需要防爆的地方)。在泵的压力范围内,调节调节阀来调节进气压力,相应的输出进行液压无级调节。

Biogas Type

Pneumatic Booster Pumps.Pneumatic booster pumps are divided into pneumatic hydraulic booster pumps and gas booster pumps. Their working principle is to generate high hydraulic pressure on the small-area piston by applying low pressure to the large-area piston. In industrial applications, they are used for machine tool tightening, accumulator inflation, high-pressure cylinder charging and converting regular pressurized gas into high-pressure gas. They are widely used for mechanical devices and testing equipment with insufficient air source pressure.

Driven by gas, the pumps produce no electric arcs or sparks, so they can be safely used in areas containing flammable and explosive liquids or gases. When the pressure in the pressure maintaining circuit drops, the pump will start automatically to compensate pressure loss and keep the circuit pressure constant. Compressed air, nitrogen, steam, natural gas and other gases can be used as the driving gas source.

Pneumatic Hydraulic Type

The pump will stop automatically when pressure balance is achieved again. A single pneumatically controlled unbalanced air distribution valve realizes the automatic reciprocating motion of the pump. The pneumatic drive part of the pump body is made of aluminum alloy, and the liquid contact part is made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different media. Air Type

Air booster pumps adopt the same principle: low pressure acting on a large-area piston creates high pressure on a small-area piston. It boosts the working air pressure of the original air system to 2 to 5 times by taking the on-site compressed air as the gas source. Designed for single air source pressurization, it requires no power supply and can be applied in explosion-proof areas. Within the rated pressure range, the inlet pressure can be adjusted via the regulating valve to realize stepless regulation of output pressure.


    Booster pumps feature a wide operating pressure range. Different models deliver distinct pressure levels, and the system input and output air pressure can be adjusted promptly. They are capable of generating extremely high gas pressure up to 90 MPa.

These pumps offer a broad flow rate range. All models can run stably with an air pressure as low as 0.1 kg, and the flow rate can be varied by adjusting the air intake.
