With the popularization of machine tool automation technology, hydraulic fixtures have been increasingly widely applied.
Machine tool fixtures fitted with hydraulic boosters can generate hydraulic ultra-high pressure without installing additional high-pressure pumps.
The booster can be integrated into the fixture as a single assembly, which uses 6 MPa hydraulic oil directly from the machine tool's main hydraulic system. Since the clamp requires only a small flow rate during rapid movement, no pressure boost protection circuit is needed. Installing a precision filter at the port of the hydraulic booster is sufficient to meet operational requirements. This system only adopts the high-pressure component of the booster, minimizing operating costs while ensuring reliable and safe operation.
Different from conventional boosters, the constant-pressure hydraulic booster can perform continuous high-frequency pressurization. It delivers steady output just like a high-pressure pump and maintains pressure constantly without pressure loss. Its weight is merely 1.5 kg.

Main Advantages Low cost: Operating at a low system pressure removes the need for large booster cylinders, high-pressure oil pumps and high-pressure valves. It also cuts overall space occupation and costs. The hydraulic system is simple and reliable with low maintenance costs.

Compact size: The booster is smaller in size and takes up less space compared with power cylinders and high-pressure pumps, featuring easy installation and maintenance.

Continuous pressurization: The hydraulic booster is fitted with an internal directional valve to achieve continuous pressurization without external reversing control. The linear relation between inlet flow and outlet flow is ideal for product standardization. 

High-frequency operation: It can run at high frequency with a rated frequency of 30 times per second, namely 1800 times per minute, for faster system response.

Automatic pressure compensation: The booster can automatically compensate for pressure drop and easily realize automatic pressure replenishment.

  Internal pressure holding: The built-in check valve with ball seat structure delivers excellent pressure holding performance.  Integrated unloading: Reverse oil supply through the P and T ports of the hydraulic booster facilitates high-pressure unloading. 

Ultra-high pressure: The booster boosts pressure of low-pressure systems up to 400 MPa or above.  Easy installation: The hydraulic booster supports multiple connection modes including pipe connection, flange connection and stacked connection. It features flexible installation with fewer connecting pipelines. 

High safety: All control components operate under low pressure, and high-pressure oil is directly connected to the load for higher system safety.
