增压阀本身的体积比增压缸的体积小得多。与以增压气缸为主体的增压系统相比，增压阀集成了四个单向阀、一个换向阀和两个气缸。它可以消除增压系统中的许多气动元件，如单向阀、开关阀、高压阀、换向阀和安全阀。管道连接大大简化，体积小得多，安装使用也更方便。压力调节方便。增压阀的左右气缸上连接有压力表，分别与进口侧和出口侧的压力相连。调整压力时，拉出调整手轮并按手轮上的箭头方向旋转。设定压力后，将手轮压回。增压阀的选择，某气动设备需要1.2MPa的压力，需要提供100L/min的流量。从图2中可以看出，可以选择最大流量为400L/min，入口压力应达到0.65-0.75mpa的双增压阀。如果要供应压力为1.5MPa、流量为300L/min的压缩空气，从图2中可以看出，没有合适的增压阀。在这种情况下，可以在增压阀后面布置一个具有相应容积的储气罐，以在短时间应大流量的高压气体。
Selection of Booster ValvesA pneumatic device requires a working pressure of 1.2 MPa and a flow rate of 100 L/min. As shown in Figure 2, a dual booster valve with a maximum flow rate of 400 L/min and an inlet pressure ranging from 0.65 MPa to 0.75 MPa is applicable.If the demand is for compressed air at 1.5 MPa with a flow rate of 300 L/min, no matching booster valve is available according to Figure 2. In this case, an air reservoir with adequate volume can be installed downstream of the booster valve to supply high-pressure gas with large flow rate for a short period.
增压阀的注意事项：增压阀应水平安装;如果增压阀出口压力超过1.0MPa，确认管接头、管道、阀门、气缸等的工作压力范围;在特殊情况下，需要快速排出残余压力，并可在适当位置设置三通阀，为了缩短储气罐的充气时间，增压阀可与单向阀并联使用。使用增压阀的一个典型示例是，手动两位三通换向阀可以快速排出气缸中的残余压力。在储气罐中的压力充注至P1之前，只有当压力从世界其他地区充注至^2时，才会使用增压阀。如果单向阀未并联连接，储气罐中压力也需要在充注至P2之前通过增压阀，因此充注时间长。
Notes on Booster Valve：The booster valve shall be installed horizontally. If the outlet pressure of the booster valve exceeds 1.0 MPa, verify the working pressure range of pipe fittings, pipelines, valves, cylinders and other components.For rapid discharge of residual pressure under special conditions, a three-way valve can be installed at a proper position. To shorten the charging time of the air reservoir, the booster valve can be connected in parallel with a check valve.A typical application: a manual two-position three-way directional valve can quickly release the residual pressure inside the cylinder. Before the pressure in the air reservoir reaches P1, the booster valve only operates when the system pressure rises to P2. Without the parallel check valve, the air reservoir pressure has to be boosted by the booster valve until it reaches P2, which will result in longer charging time.
