  增压阀应该水平安装;增压阀出口压力超过1.0MPa,应确认管接头、管道、阀门、气缸等的工作压力范围;在特殊情况下,需要迅速排出残压,可在适当位置加装三通阀,为缩短储气罐充满时间,可将增压阀并联使用单向阀。

The booster valve shall be installed horizontally. If outlet pressure exceeds 1.0MPa, verify the working pressure rating of pipe joints, pipelines, valves and cylinders. A three-way valve can be mounted for quick residual pressure relief when needed. Booster valves can be installed in parallel with check valves to shorten gas tank charging time.

  增压阀手动二位三通换向阀可迅速排出缸内余压。气罐内压力充至p1前,仅通过单向阀充气。如果并联单向阀,储气罐内的压力需要通过增压阀才能充到p1.所以充时间长。输出压力相对于自己需要的压力要有余量。高压入口处比较好的就是加装过滤器,有利于减少杂质对产品的影响。产品入口压力有严格要求,入口压力过低,直接影响气体增压泵的流量和输出压力。驱动气压范围≤8bar,切勿超载。增压阀的承压介质的洁净度、气体增压阀的洁净卫生和现场使用环境。使用前,建议在驱动气源口加装油水分离器,经常放出杯内水分。每个高压气体增压阀用完后,需要排出高压气体。定期检查气体增压阀以保持组件完整性。

The manual two-position three-way directional valve can quickly release residual pressure inside the cylinder. Before the air tank pressure reaches p1, inflation is only conducted through the check valve. Parallel installation of check valves will prolong inflation time as gas has to pass through the booster valve. Reserve proper pressure margin for actual output demand. A filter installed at the high-pressure inlet effectively reduces damage caused by impurities. Strict inlet pressure requirements apply; insufficient inlet pressure impairs flow rate and output pressure. Driving air pressure shall not exceed 8 bar and overloading is forbidden. Ensure clean pressure medium, valve cleanliness and favorable operating environment. Install an oil-water separator at the air inlet and drain accumulated water regularly. Discharge residual high pressure after each use. Conduct routine inspections to keep all parts intact.

Oil mist inside the booster cylinder flows into the solenoid valve via air pipes, bringing dust particles and rust contaminants that deteriorate during operation. Kerosene or trichloroethylene can be used to clean disassembled solenoid valves. Note that rubber parts may swell, so avoid removing the coil assembly when replacing rubber components. Keep parts properly arranged during cleaning for easy reassembly. Oxidation of air compressor oil produces carbon particles and tar impurities inside pipelines. Conduct repeated test runs and confirm normal performance before formal operation. Do not disassemble the solenoid valve coil assembly in use.
