液压增压器在煤矿机械设备中的应用
一、 锚索张拉设备应用
煤矿井下支护使用的锚杆和锚索,锚索的安装需要用到锚索张拉机具,如果使用掘进机或者锚杆钻车,凿岩台车等的液压油源,可解决其供油问题,但其压力无法满足张拉机床的要求。而解决上述问题的方法是增加一个德思宏液压增压器。采用德思宏液压增压器可减少高压元件的使用,提高系统的可靠性和安全性,还可以高效率地将液体压力调整为所需压力,并能比传统的做法——— 增加一个高压液压站节省数倍的资金。




二、 煤矿液压支架应用
煤矿井下液压泵站的供液压力一般为31.5 ,经过管路损失,很多场合压力已不能满足要求,例如随着采煤速度的提高,难控的顶板不断出现,致使采煤工作面液压支架存在着初撑力不足的问题; 因此,在液压支架处,加装一个液压增压器可以完美的解决该问题。

1. Application in Anchor Cable Tensioning EquipmentAnchor bolts and cables are widely used for underground coal mine support. Anchor cable tensioning tools are required for cable installation. Hydraulic power from roadheaders, roof bolters and drill jumbos can supply oil, yet its pressure fails to meet tensioning requirements. Equipped with Desihong hydraulic boosters, the issue can be effectively solved. It cuts the use of high-pressure components, enhances system reliability and safety, and adjusts fluid pressure efficiently to target values. Meanwhile, it costs far less than installing an extra high-pressure hydraulic station.
2. Application in Coal Mine Hydraulic SupportsThe liquid supply pressure of underground hydraulic pump stations is generally 31.5MPa. Pressure loss along pipelines often leads to insufficient working pressure. Accelerated mining speed brings unstable roof conditions, resulting in inadequate initial support force of hydraulic supports. Installing hydraulic boosters on supports can perfectly resolve this problem.
