Replace the working hydraulic oil every six months. Top up oil timely if the liquid level drops during operation.
Before operation, check for air leakage and oil leakage, verify normal running and tightness of fasteners. In case of any abnormality of the vibrating screen, identify the cause and troubleshoot immediately.
When the booster is not in use, store it indoors at a temperature between 10℃ and 35℃ and a relative humidity of 85% or below to prevent rusting.
Selection of Vibrating Screen Type Hydraulic Booster,The following items shall be referred to during selection:
Application purpose: Minimum expected pressure drop in operation.
Load of linear vibrating screen: Weight of moving objects.
Load condition: Working state and service condition of the load.
Cylinder stroke of linear vibrating screen: Required cylinder stroke of the equipment.
Moving speed: Operating speed of the cylinder.
Working frequency: Select air inlet pipe with larger inner diameter.
Ambient conditions: Temperature, dust, vibration, etc.
Service location: On-site environment. For corrosive environment, adopt corrosion-resistant cylinders. For high-temperature environment, use heat-resistant cylinders. For harsh dusty environment, install cylinders with dust covers on the extended piston rod. For pollution-free requirements, choose oil-free lubricated cylinders. Confirm the inner diameter of the cylinder.
