  由于增压阀经常处于高速运行的状态,容易造成机器磨损,因此应按照操作说明书进行操作,增压缸的工作温度约为-5℃~60℃,工作速度为50~1000mm/s,为保证增压缸的正常工作,增压阀在使用过程中应注意以下几点:在将增压缸连接到空气回路之前,请先清除管路和元件中的灰尘等杂物,以免降低增压缸的使用寿命。钢瓶在正常气压范围内正常使用,工作压力必须按照检验报告中规定的工作压力,不得超过规定的工作压力。  注意增压阀的工作环境。工作环境的温度在钢瓶设计时就已经设定好了。由于钢瓶中的某些部件是铁制的,请不要将其置于特别复杂的工作环境中(如化学品接触环境)。另外,请在油缸前端安装有效的空气处理元件(三点组合),连接时加油润滑排水处理。增压阀选用的液压油质量为VG68#抗磨液压油,不得擅自除去使用的其他液体介质(如油。水,等等)。

Since the booster valve operates continuously at high speed, component wear is inevitable. Please follow the operation manual strictly during use. The operating temperature of the boosting cylinder ranges from -5℃ to 60℃, and the operating speed is 50 to 1000 mm/s. To ensure stable operation, please observe the following requirements:  Clean dust and debris from pipelines and components before connecting the boosting cylinder to the air circuit, so as to extend its service life. Operate the cylinder within the rated air pressure range. The working pressure shall comply with the specifications in the inspection report and shall never exceed the rated value.  Pay attention to the operating environment, whose temperature is predefined in the cylinder design. As some internal parts are made of iron, avoid placing the unit in harsh environments such as areas exposed to chemical substances. Install a qualified air service unit at the front end of the oil cylinder, and perform lubrication and drainage after connection.  Use VG68 anti-wear hydraulic oil exclusively for the booster valve. Do not replace it with other media such as oil or water.

  注意保养,经常检查加压气缸的运行情况,以避免气缸在加压动作时压力过大损伤您的模具或工件,请在加压段进入口安装减压阀,以有效保护您的产品。为了保证增压阀的稳定性,建议尽量在三联件和增压缸之间平行安装一个储气缸。当加压油缸使用50万次以上或半年以上时,建议一次更换油缸内所有液压油,以提高油缸的使用寿命和工作寿命。

Perform regular maintenance and frequently inspect the operation of the boosting cylinder to prevent excessive pressure during pressurization from damaging molds or workpieces. Install a pressure reducing valve at the inlet of the pressurizing section for effective product protection.  To ensure stable performance of the booster valve, it is recommended to mount an air reservoir in parallel between the air service unit and the boosting cylinder. When the pressurizing cylinder has been used for over 500,000 cycles or more than half a year, replace all hydraulic oil inside the cylinder to extend its service life.

All equipment requires compliance with operational regulations to maintain optimal performance and extend service life. The gas booster valve is a conventional pressure intensifying device designed to elevate air supply pressure. The key operational precautions are listed as follows:  A sufficient pressure margin shall be reserved between the set output pressure and the actual working pressure. Fit a filter at the high-pressure inlet to prevent contaminants from impairing the equipment. The inlet pressure must conform to specified technical requirements. Unduly low inlet pressure will directly degrade the flow rate and output pressure of the gas booster pump.

  驱动压力范围≤8bar,不要超负荷使用。加压介质的清洗,气体增压阀和现场使用环境的清洗卫生。使用前,建议在驱动气源口加装油水分离器,以经常释放水杯内的水。每次使用高压气体增压阀后,需要排出高压气体。定期检查气体增压阀,保持部件的完整性。

The maximum driving pressure is 8 bar. Overload operation is forbidden.

Maintain cleanliness of the pressurized medium, gas booster valve and on-site working environment.An oil-water separator shall be mounted at the driving air port prior to operation, and the condensate cup shall be drained regularly.Vent residual high-pressure gas after each operation of the gas booster valve.Carry out periodic inspection on the gas booster valve to guarantee integrity of all components.
